The Old 5 pocket pants is inspired by denim pants from the 1940s. It features a straight silhouette typical of the period, with a deeper rise and generous room from the thigh to the hem. The 13.5 oz selvedge denim is crafted from cotton dyed with genuine hon-ai indigo, which develops the rich, distinctive fading and subtle color variations that only natural indigo – not synthetic - can achieve. The Suvin cotton lends an exceptionally smooth, luxurious feel that becomes even more refined with wear. The jacket can also be paired with the matching Old trucker jacket to form a coordinated set.

This 13.5 oz selvedge denim is carefully woven on a shuttle loom, combining rope-dyed hon-ai indigo yarn for the warp, with a lighter core, and bleached Suvin cotton yarn for the weft. Though it may appear like standard denim, repeated wear gradually reveals the rich, distinctive fading and subtle color variations unique to natural indigo—not synthetic—while the Suvin cotton becomes increasingly smooth to the touch. It is a fabric appreciated by those with a discerning eye for craftsmanship.
