Additional charges besides the product price

In addition to the product price, shipping fees, customs duties, and VAT may be incurred depending on the country. While purchases from outside Japan are exempt from Japanese taxes, customs duties and related fees must be paid by the recipients in their local jurisdiction.

Order shipments

Orders will be shipped within 3 business days of order placement.
*Please note that delivery delays may occur due to force majeure events such as natural disasters or social infrastructure issues.

Cancellations / Exchanges / Returns

After an order is placed, we do not accept cancellations, exchanges, or returns due to customer circumstance, regardless of whether the product has been shipped or not. However, if any defects in the product or damage during delivery are confirmed, or if a different item from the one ordered is delivered, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. After confirming the condition of the product and delivery status, we will proceed with exchanges or returns accordingly.
