Order shipments

Deliveries will ship out within 5 business days after the order is placed.

Cancellations / Exchanges / Returns

Regardless of before or after the product is shipped, after the items have been purchased cancellations, exchanges or returns at the convenience of the customer are not accepted.
Please contact us within 7 days of the arrival of the product if you find any defects or damage from shipment, or if a product different from the ordered product was delivered. After confirmation of the product condition and delivery status, the product will qualify for an exchange or return.
