We do not accept any cancellations, exchanges or returns after an order has been placed, regardless of whether the product has been shipped or not. Exceptions only apply to the following cases – 1, 2, and 3.
(1) If the item is defective.
(2) If you receive any item that you have not ordered.
(3) If the item is found to be damaged during shipping.
If you meet the above conditions for a return or exchange, please contact us within 7 days after receiving the items. After we review the condition of the item, the product will be replaced or returned for a refund. Please duly note the following.
- Requests after 7 days to delivery will not be accepted.
- The item must be shipped back including the invoice or statement of delivery.
- Replacements and refunds will only be issued for unused and unwashed items. We cannot accept items is seen to be worn or used heavily.
- Obvious evidence of being used including stains, rips, wear and unnatural affects will not be acceptable.
- All tags and accessories must be attached in the same state as the order was delivered. (Rips, damages, etc. will not be accepted)
* Due to the variations in monitors and browsers experiences, the color of products may appear different on individual monitors. Computer monitors are not all calibrated equally for color reproduction.
*For leather items, please understand each part of the leather shows the animal’s skin’s individual characteristics including wrinkles, moles, blood streaks, scar marks, etc. Our leather production processes leave natural color irregularities as is to sustain the quality of leather itself. The natural irregularities of each product are not a defect. Please enjoy the individual differences and enjoy the aging of the leather over use. Please be sure to read the material descriptions, precautions and care instructions shared on each product page before you confirm your purchase.
*In an irregular case an order for a non-defective item needs to be exchanged or returns, all shipping costs associated with the return/exchange will be responsible by the customer, including taxes and duties. We thank you for your understanding.
*All inquiries are accepted before you make your order through our Contact form. Generally, an e-mail response will be made the next business day for inquiries received on Saturdays, Sundays, and Japanese bank holidays. Please understand depending on the current volume of incoming requests, we may take several business days to respond.

A “Cooling-off” period is a domestic policy applicable to only door-to-door sales in Japan. Please duly note that the cooling-off system does not apply to this online platform.
*European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the item is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt of the item, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
