Sizing
The Size guide is provided for your reference. The specifications for each item are listed on their respective product pages. We recommend comparing the listed measurements with those of clothing items you already own for reference.
*Please note in advance that there may be slight variations of approximately 2 cm between individual items due to the nature of the product.
Inquiry
For product inquiries, please contact us directly through our Contact form or the Chat feature. Generally, e-mail responses will be made the following business day for inquiries received on Saturdays, Sundays, and Japanese bank holidays. Please understand that depending on the current volume of incoming requests, we may take several business days to respond.
Gift wrapping
Currently, we do not offer a gift wrapping service for online purchases. We thank you for investing in your own gift wrapping.

India requires the submission of KYC (Know Your Customer) documents for all undocumented cargo import declarations. Customs clearance and delivery may be delayed depending on the preparation of the required documents. Customs duties taxes (VAT) and consumption tax
Duties and taxes (VAT) are to be paid locally by the person placing the order. An estimate will be displayed on the checkout page (Estimated and actual payment amounts may differ). In addition, the price of each product does not include Japanese consumption tax.
Cancellation of orders
Once an order has been placed, we do not accept any cancellations or request for changes of registered contacts and shipping addresses. Please be sure to thoroughly check your order details before confirming your order. For product inquiries, please feel free to ask us beforehand through our Contact form or the Chat feature.
Returns and Exchanges
For damaged, defective, or incorrect products
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the delivery. Upon review of the situation, if we identify any product defects or damage from delivery, and if the conditions listed below are satisfied, we will arrange an exchange or return.
・We are contacted within 7 days of receipt of the item.
・The item is unused and unwashed (only trial fitting indoors is acceptable).
・All tags and accessories are present and undamaged.
・The invoice or receipt is present.
・There are no significant unnatural alterations to the item.
Returns for other reasons
We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons other than damaged, defective, or incorrect products.
*Due to variations in monitors and browser experiences, the colors of products may appear different on individual monitors. Computer monitors are not all calibrated equally for color reproduction. Please understand that these cases will not be accepted as defective items. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us to assist you on the details of each item before you confirm your purchase.

The shipping cost varies depending on the shipping destination and the items you purchase. Shipping fees will automatically be calculated once you proceed to the checkout screen after adding items to your cart and entering the shipping address. You can then review and confirm the shipping cost.

Currently, we do not offer any services to specify the date and time of delivery. Your order will be shipped within 3 business days (excluding extended holidays).

Delivery timelines will depend on the destination country and the shipping courier (EMS or DHL). We will email you a confirmation notice with a tracking number for your reference once the shipment is complete.

You may only register one shipping destination per order. If you would like to register two or more shipping destinations, please place separate orders for each destination.

No, every purchase from our online website and brick-and-mortar stores will be processed separately. Payment and shipping fees will also be invoiced separately, and we cannot accept any exceptional cases. Thank you for your understanding.

The minimum order amount is 5,000 JPY. If your order is less than 5,000 JPY, it cannot be processed. Additionally, to accommodate as many customers as possible, there may be quantity restrictions on certain items. Thank you for your understanding.

A Size guide is available for your reference. The measurements for each product are listed on their respective product pages. Please compare them with your existing clothes for confirmation.

For customers who order a total of over 30,000 JPY, we include one complementary A&S brand logo cotton shopper bag. (If you do not wish to receive the shopper bag for ecological reasons for any order, please note your preference in the remarks column.) The size of the bag will be chosen at random, and please note that not all of your ordered items may fit inside the shopper bag. We also cannot fulfill multiple bag requests.

You can request a restock notice by clicking on "Notify Me When Available," displayed on the product page of a sold-out item. A notification will be sent to your registered e-mail address when the item is back in stock. Please note that the item may not be restocked.

Yes, we will send you a download link to your receipt at the time of your order shipment notification by e-mail. A receipt will be issued in PDF format by entering your name and address from the shared link. (If you download the receipt more than once, the PDF will automatically be marked as ‘re-issued.’)
Returns and Exchanges

Please note, however, that due to variations in monitors and browsers experiences, the color of products may appear different on individual monitors. Additionally, leather products may exhibit natural markings such as scars, veins, and variations in texture, which we intentionally preserve to enhance the material’s natural beauty. Please be aware that such variations are not considered defects. If you would like to view the actual products, please contact the retail stores listed on each product page.
