This style of folding umbrella has been specially ordered by Arts & Science from the traditional British umbrella brand "FOX UMBRELLAS." An A&S cat's-eye button is used for the button. The handle is made of Whanghee (bamboo root). Whanghee (bamboo root) is a natural bamboo material with a wild look and individual characteristics seen in the knots of the wood. The attached storage bag is labeled with “FOX UMBRELLAS for A&S.” The UV-cut finish also makes it functional as a parasol. The umbrella can be used for both rain and shine and comes with a band that fastens with a button. The length of the rib for the regular size is 59cm, a standard size that is optimal as a unisex style.

【FOX UMBRELLAS】Established in 1868 by Thomas Fox. To this day, Fox umbrellas are hand- made by skilled artisans in Croydon, on the outskirts of London. After World War II, Fox succeeded in creating a lighter and thinner umbrella by using nylon, which was originally employed by the air force in the construction of parachutes.
