Temporary Suspension of Shipping Certain Apparel to the U.S.

The United States has recently introduced new declaration requirements for certain consumer products as part of updated product safety regulations.

Under these new requirements, products designated by the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) will require individual product declarations at the time of export.

Accordingly, while we prepare to comply with these new requirements, orders of certain products (items designated by the CPSC) to the United States will be suspended beginning Tuesday, July 8, 2026.

This measure is solely in response to the new U.S. customs and declaration requirements. As the regulations cover a wide range of products and involve complex compliance procedures, additional time and preparation are required before we can continue shipping the affected items to the United States. These requirements apply not only to ARTS&SCIENCE products but to all covered consumer products imported into the United States from abroad. They do not reflect any concerns regarding the safety of our products, but are simply a new administrative requirement.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause our customers in the United States. We remain committed to making our products available to our U.S. customers and are continuing to prepare for compliance with the new requirements.

We will announce the resumption of temporarily suspended orders on our website as soon as we are ready.

Please note that products not subject to these requirements will remain available for purchase through our online store. However, as U.S. customs accommodates these additional procedures, couriers have informed us that delivery times in the U.S. may be longer than usual, and we appreciate your understanding.
