Piping tote bag made with dobby weave double-layered fabric with a textured surface. The piping, crafted from leather dyed to match the fabric, adds a distinctive touch. The thin rounded leather handles, hand-stitched, are another highlight. The fabric, treated to resemble linen, offers a smooth texture and slight sheen, while pigment applied to the surface allows for a rich patina to develop over time with use. Lightweight due to being single-layered, it includes a wide partitioned pocket inside. Available in Off white and Navy.

MATERIAL

70% silk, 30% cotton
( Silk cotton butcher pigment coating )

The fabric is crafted from four strands of rustic wild silk, processed to mimic the texture of linen. The yarn is flattened to enhance firmness while maintaining its natural texture, creating a unique appearance. The reverse side features a butcher-style dobby weave with yarn-dyed cotton double threads vertically, effectively showcasing the spaces between the threads. Finished with pigment application, the fabric develops a unique patina over time, revealing a multitude of expressions.

Caution

*Due to the leather used for the handles, please do not wash them. If the body gets dirty, hand wash or wipe with a wet cloth to prevent the handle from getting wet.

*Through use, the pigment coating on the fabric's surface may naturally wear off due to friction. Please enjoy this aging effect as part of its character.
