*Please note that this is a handmade product and understand there may be individual differences beforehand.
*The color of the iron part of the ground can be seen on the edge because enamel is hard to adhere to the edge. It is due to the manufacturing process and there is no problem in quality and use.
*There is a hole on the inside packing of the lid, which is for smooth opening and closing of the lid and is not defective.
*The enamel may be chipped or scratched by sudden temperature changes such as rapid cooling by pouring water or by strong shocks such as dropping or bumping it. Please handle with care.
*Even with sufficient care, the enamel may chip, but in the case of external damage, it can be used without any problem. In case of damage on the inside, we recommend you stop using it because optimal sanitary condition cannot be guaranteed.
*As the lid is made of natural wood, please avoid using it in a place with rapid cooling or moisture, or in a refrigerator.
*Due to the manufacturing process, there may be bubbles and unevenness on the surface, and iron powder that adheres during manufacturing, but there is no problem in use. In this case, it is not treated as a product defect, so please understand this beforehand before purchasing.
*There are small black dots on white or light-colored products, but they are not rust but are caused during the baking process of enamel.
Care instructions
*After use, please wash it with lukewarm water with a soft sponge moistened with neutral detergent. Please avoid using hard scrubbers, bleach, cleanser, melamine sponge, or abrasives as they may damage the enamel.
*Please dry well after washing.
*Please wipe off moisture well after use before storing because moisture on exposed portions of the iron may cause mild rusting. Periodic application of cooking oil is recommended.
*Please check the quality label attached to the product before use.
*Microwave use is not allowed.
