The fabric is A&S standard "Special cotton broad 1720" printed with an illustration by Domenica More Gordon. A superb broadcloth woven slowly on a shuttle machine with 170/2 yarn from Suvin gold cotton on the warp and 200/2 yarn from the same material on the weft.
